I'm Ulrike — and I help businesses work more efficiently by handling the organizational and administrative work that often slows things down. At the same time, I connect entrepreneurs within my network so they can achieve more together — through new joint ventures, business consulting, or simply the right introduction at the right time.
where I come from...
My professional journey started with a vocational training as a travel agent with the TUI Group in Aschaffenburg, where I gained solid experience in customer service, data management, and communication.
In the years that followed, I built hands-on entrepreneurial experience: first in the operational management of a water sports company, and later as co-founder of www.kern-energie.com, where I was responsible for product management and organizational development.
I also worked in various administrative and assistant roles at TÜV SÜD Carbon Management Service — including inside sales support, event organization, and direct collaboration with regional management in Hamburg.
These experiences form the foundation of everything I do today: structured, solution-oriented, and committed to quality and reliability.
Going independent was a personal decision and a personal milestone. It meant building a professional life that adapts to me — not the other way around. In spring 2022, I made another life-changing move and emigrated to Cyprus. I now work entirely location-independently — often with a view of the sea — combining professional dedication with a lifestyle that balances freedom and stability.
